Our seminars are transformative experiences that create measurable and lasting impact at all levels of an organization.

To plan, set up, and execute outdoor activities, we are looking for a Technical Specialist (80%) to join our team immediately or by agreement at our headquarters in Gwatt near Thun (relocating to Wimmis in July 2025).

Responsibility

  • Internal coordination of seminars with outdoor activities
  • Responsible for the logistical and operational aspects of seminars
  • Set-up and dismantling of equipment, supervision, and participant safety
  • Safety management: risk assessment, weather monitoring, and adjustments as needed
  • Management of materials and storage
  • Vehicle fleet management
  • Technical leadership of seminars in Switzerland and abroad (including multi-day events)

Qualification

  • Completed vocational training
  • Certified IRATA Level 1 or equivalent qualification
  • Further training in IRATA Level 2, J+S Climbing Instructor, Rope Specialist, or similar is an advantage
  • At least 3 years of professional experience in this field
  • Strong technical and hands-on skills
  • Passion for outdoor activities and working in nature (weather resilience)
  • Independent, precise, and structured way of working
  • Strong awareness of safety and high quality standards
  • Customer-oriented and professional in interactions with seminar participants
  • Ability to plan independently, scout seminar locations, and obtain necessary permits
  • Enjoys a diverse work environment, including outdoor, storage, and office tasks
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Valid driver’s license (Category B), ideally with trailer extension (Category BE)
  • Willingness to stay overnight for multi-day seminars in Switzerland and abroad
