Insights Discovery

Insights Discovery is a preferences profile based on the findings of Karl G. Jung, a Swiss psychologist. This profile allows participants to have a better understanding of their own personality in areas such as decision making, communication, motivation, work environment, etc. It will also ease the understanding and acceptance of Others, and therefore increase trust and efficiency in a team or as a leader.

Reiss Motivation Profile

If Insights Discovery helps to understand how someone reacts in certain situations, it doesn’t help understand why they do. This is exactly what a Reiss profile will bring: helping identify the key drivers for our behaviours. It is a very profound analysis and brings a lot of clarity and trust individually and in a team.

The Leadership Circle 360º Feedback

The Leadership Circle Profile™ (LCP) provides a detailed snapshot of a specific moment in time, enabling leaders to answer the question: “How are my behaviours and mindset enabling or constraining my intended leadership impact and our business performance?” Once the profile has been completed, we will support leaders with coaching sessions to make better sense of the results and the necessary actions to be implemented.
