About Us

Passion for growth, commitment to excellence

In 1984, while guiding high alpine tours in the Swiss Alps, Robert Stucki identified a gap between the practical requirements of leadership and the theoretical approaches taught in management schools.

Drawing on his combined experience as a mountain guide and a leader in an engineering company, he pioneered the development of action-oriented learning activities to bridge this gap. This led to the founding of Stucki Leadership and Team Development AG, where experiential learning became the core of the company’s mission.

GIVEAWAY TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Leadership Program Giveaway

The organizer of the giveaway is Stucki Leadership & Team Development AG, Gurzelestrasse 13, 3752 Wimmis, Switzerland ("Organizer").

By participating in the giveaway, participants accept these Terms and Conditions.

1. Purpose of the Giveaway

The Organizer conducts the giveaway to promote its publicly accessible leadership seminars. The purpose of the giveaway is to increase awareness of the offering and attract new prospective participants for leadership development programs.

The giveaway is in no way connected to LinkedIn and is neither sponsored, organized, nor endorsed by LinkedIn.

2. Eligibility

Eligible to participate are natural persons who:

  • are residents of Switzerland,
  • are at least 18 years old,
  • and properly register for the giveaway via the Organizer’s website.

Excluded from participation are:

  • employees of the Organizer,
  • companies affiliated with the Organizer,
  • as well as persons involved in the organization or execution of the giveaway and members of their household.

The Organizer reserves the right to exclude participants from the giveaway in the event of a breach of these Terms and Conditions or suspected manipulation.

3. Participation and Participation Period

Participation takes place via the Organizer’s website at:

The giveaway begins on May 21, 2026 and ends on September 30, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. No purchase is necessary to participate. Purchasing services or seminars does not increase the chances of winning.

Unless otherwise stated on the website, only one entry per person is permitted. Incomplete or obviously incorrect information may result in exclusion from the giveaway.

4. Prize

The following prize will be awarded:

  • One free place in a three-day leadership seminar organized by the Organizer, including:
    • Seminar participation
    • Insights Discovery profile
    • Coaching components
    • Accommodation as specified in the respective seminar description
  • Or alternatively, a voucher or discount for a seminar offering of the Organizer.

The specific prize is determined by the respective description on the website or in promotional materials.

The following are expressly not included in the prize:

  • Individual travel or transportation costs
  • Personal expenses
  • Insurance
  • Any other services not explicitly mentioned

5. Selection of the Winner

The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries after the participation period has ended. The draw will take place privately and not open to the public. The Organizer reserves the right to verify the eligibility of the selected participant before the final allocation of the prize.

6. Notification of the Winner

The winner will be notified by email or telephone using the contact details provided during participation.

If the selected participant does not respond within 7 calendar days of notification, the Organizer may reassign the prize.

7. No Cash Payment / Transferability

The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash. The advertised seminar will only take place if the economically required minimum number of participants is reached.

If the minimum number of participants is not reached, or if the seminar is cancelled or postponed for organizational, economic, or other important reasons, the Organizer reserves the right to:

  • Allow the prize to be redeemed for a later seminar date
  • Terminate the giveaway without replacement compensation if execution is objectively impossible or economically unreasonable

8. Data Protection

The Organizer processes participants’ personal data exclusively within the scope of conducting the giveaway and in accordance with the applicable Swiss data protection legislation (DSG).

The following data may in particular be processed:

  • First and last name
  • Email address
  • Telephone number
  • Company information
  • Any other voluntarily provided information

The data will be used for:

  • The administration and execution of the giveaway
  • Contacting participants
  • Sending information regarding seminars, leadership programs, and other services offered by the Organizer, provided that corresponding consent has been given or this is otherwise legally permitted

Consent may be revoked at any time with effect for the future. Further information on data protection can be found in the Privacy Policy:

9. Publication of the Winner

With the consent of the respective person, the Organizer may publish the winner’s first name, the first letter of the surname, and, where applicable, the company name or a photograph of the winner for communication purposes on the website, LinkedIn, or other communication channels. No personal data will be published without explicit consent.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the Organizer shall only be liable for damages resulting from intentional misconduct or gross negligence.

In particular, the Organizer accepts no liability for:

  • Technical malfunctions
  • Website outages
  • Transmission errors
  • Delayed or incomplete entries
  • Damages related to participation in the giveaway

Furthermore, the Organizer does not guarantee that the giveaway will be available at all times or conducted without errors.

11. Amendments and Early Termination

The Organizer reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the giveaway prematurely at any time for important reasons.

This applies in particular in cases of:

  • Technical problems
  • Legal reasons
  • Manipulation
  • Force majeure
  • Other circumstances beyond the Organizer’s control

Participants shall have no claims against the Organizer arising from such measures.

12. Exclusion of Legal Recourse

To the extent permitted by law, no correspondence will be entered into regarding the giveaway. Legal recourse is excluded. Mandatory statutory claims under Swiss law remain reserved.

13. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

Swiss law shall apply exclusively, excluding conflict-of-law provisions. To the extent permitted by law, the place of jurisdiction shall be the registered office of the Organizer in Wimmis, Switzerland.
