At Stucki, we believe that leadership can be learned and developed. By taking a human-centric approach, we encourage leaders to explore new dimensions of leadership and self-discovery.

Organisational Transformation

Change is a deeply human process. At Stucki, we maintain a human-centric approach to maximize the impact of change, integrating all levels of the organization, creating real ownership of new strategies, and cascading the change from the C-suite to the factory floor.

Alternatively, we support self-organized teams by developing skills in autonomy, decision-making, and harnessing collective wisdom, fostering a more agile and productive work environment.

Based on your transformation strategy, we define clear objectives and facilitate the discussion process, but we don’t deliver strategy content. We help break down silos and reduce competition within the company. Through our action-oriented activities, we achieve maximum alignment and collaboration between individuals and teams. Organizational change requires cultural transformation and a mindset shift. We also offer ambassador training in resilience, sustainability, and diversity.

About US

In 1984, while guiding high alpine tours in the Swiss Alps, Robert Stucki identified a gap between the practical requirements of leadership and the theoretical approaches taught in management schools.

 

Drawing on his combined experience as a mountain guide and a leader in an engineering company, he pioneered the development of action-oriented learning activities to bridge this gap. This led to the founding of Stucki Leadership and Team Development AG, where experiential learning became the core of the company’s mission.

 

Driven by passion, dedication, and innovation, the company developed the tried-and-tested Stucki Method®.

Professional Career

Apprenticeship as a radio-TV electronics technician, followed by training in IT, secondary school leaving certificate and degree in environmental sciences at the ETH in Zurich. Trainer training in action-oriented learning and outdoor training at the Stucki company. Training as an organizational consultant and coach at the Institute for Systemic Impulses, Zurich with BSO degree. Certified consultant for Insights Discovery and REISS Profile.

Professional Career

Born and raised in Benin in a French-speaking environment. After a period in Valais and Basel, settled in Bern. Trained as a teacher and special education teacher. 9 years of teaching experience at various levels. Alongside this, head of a basketball club until vertical movement replaced the horizontal. Since 2018, leading climbing trainings and outdoor camps for young people. In 2019, trained as a trainer in experiential education and outdoor training at Drudel 11 and in 2020, further training in action-oriented learning at the Stucki company.

Professional Career

Bernard started his career in the travel industry. He further extended his theoretical knowledge at the HEG Lausanne, graduating in 1998 as a business administrator. He spent seven years working as a management consultant. His areas of expertise were project and change management, and process optimization in the financial sector as well as in industry. In 2002 he successfully completed an executive MBA in international business.

Before coming to Stucki, he worked as a senior program manager at a start-up company in Zurich that specialized in the authentication of originals.

He joined Stucki in 2008 in the role of managing director and bought the company in 2017. He has conducted hundreds of seminars in the areas of leadership, team development and change management. He particularly likes the opportunities, when he can support clients from the design of the program until its rollout into the company and witnessing the positive impact it has on every employee.

Professional Career

Tamara holds a master’s degree in International Business (University of Krems) as well as Mental Strength Coaching (University of Salzburg). Her thesis focused on resilience and employee health in large corporations affected by mass lay-offs.
She has more than six years of leadership experience as International Sales Manager for Medical Equipment and as Business Manager for a start-up company in conference organization and further education.
Tamara is also an Outdoor Adventure Guide in white water rafting, kayaking and trekking and spent three years leading groups through remote deserts and rainforests for an Australian outdoor expedition company.
As a dual citizen of Austria and Australia, Tamara is bilingual in German and English.

Professional Career

Miguel (Mike) is a top-notch facilitator and trainer who has obtained excellent reviews for his work in more than 50 countries in 5 continents. With more than 25 years’ experience in trade development he has achieved outstanding results working with SMEs and private sector bodies to improve their performance in international markets. He has consulted for many international organisations such as the ITC, the World Bank, GIZ, SIPPO, IPD, and the EU.

Miguel is a Colombian citizen living in Switzerland for more than 15 years, and holds a MSc in International Management from the University of Liverpool, an MA in Marketing and a BSc in Economics from Universidad de los Andes in Bogotá. He is fluent in French, English and Spanish, knows rudimentary Italian and is learning German.

Professional Career

Leadership and team building fascinated me early on. I concluded my studies of economics with a dissertation on the subject of “Subjective leadership theories – the significance of good leadership for Swiss leaders”. In the following 25 years I gained considerable professional, leadership and life experience as a manager in various industries and positions, ultimately as the CEO of a medium-sized enterprise. I make this experience available to others today as a coach and consultant.

Professional Career

Tourism expert Flurin Lanz combines skills from a wide range of fields. He is a trained vehicle mechanic, an emergency paramedic for the Swiss army and has been an outdoor guide in the adventure sector for many years. Through his training, he brings more than just the bare essentials needed as a technical specialist. Thanks to his many years of experience as a tour guide in canyoning, rafting and bungy-jumping, there is no situation that can upset him. In his free time, he can mainly be met in the mountains doing a variety of activities.
