Diploma studies at ETH/Military Academy Zurich, specializing in strategy, psychology and pedagogy. From 1996 for 6 years responsible for training in the recruit and officer school (coaching and leadership development of cadres). Trained as an outdoor trainer in Australia and with the Stucki company. Further training in systemic experiential education, creative ritual process design, at the Planoalto Institute in St. Gallen.
