Insights Discovery

Insights Discovery is a preferences profile based on the work of Swiss psychologist Karl G. Jung. It helps participants gain a deeper understanding of their own personality, including aspects like decision-making, communication, motivation, and work environment. This profile also facilitates understanding and acceptance of others, thereby increasing trust and efficiency within teams and among leaders.

Reiss Motivation Profile

While Insights Discovery helps understand how someone reacts in various situations, it doesn’t explain why they do. The Reiss Profile addresses this by identifying the key drivers behind our behaviors. This in-depth analysis provides significant clarity and fosters trust both individually and within teams.

The Leadership Circle Profile™ (LCP) offers a detailed snapshot of a specific moment, helping leaders answer the question: “How are my behaviors and mindset affecting my intended leadership impact and our business performance?” After completing the profile, we provide coaching sessions to help leaders interpret the results and identify the necessary actions for improvement.

Team Analysis
