Stucki Leadership & Team Development AG was founded by Robert Stucki – a pioneer in action-oriented learning and leadership training – in 1984. For 40 years we have been supporting and inspiring people and teams from different countries and industries in the areas of leadership, team development, transformation and coaching. Our approach is based on our unique Stucki Method®, a way of working that creates memorable and impactful learning.
