I am a change and communication expert at Bosch Power Tools and have been working in the field of organizational development for 20 years. From 2014 to 2019, I served as the change manager for the centralization project “OneAccounting@Bosch” in the Central Finance and Accounting Department. Together with Bernhard Reber and the team, I developed and implemented a change concept that included a global change agent network and a train-the-trainer approach.
