Trainer

Bernard started his career in the travel industry. He further extended his theoretical knowledge at the HEG Lausanne, graduating in 1998 as a business administrator.

Tamara holds a master’s degree in International Business (University of Krems) as well as Mental Strength Coaching (University of Salzburg). Her thesis focused on resilience and employee health in large corporations affected by mass lay-offs.

Apprenticeship as a radio-TV electronics technician, followed by training in IT, secondary school leaving certificate and degree in environmental sciences at the ETH in Zurich. Trainer training in action-oriented learning and outdoor training at the Stucki company.

Born and raised in Benin in a French-speaking environment. After a period in Valais and Basel, settled in Bern. Trained as a teacher and special education teacher. 9 years of teaching experience at various levels.
