BERNARD REBER

Bernard began his career in the travel industry, later strengthening his academic foundation by graduating as a business administrator from HEG Lausanne in 1998. He then worked for seven years as a management consultant, focusing on project and change management, as well as process optimization in both the financial and industrial sectors. In 2002, he earned an Executive MBA in International Business.

Before joining Stucki, Bernard held a senior program manager role at a Zurich-based startup specializing in original product authentication.

He became Managing Director at Stucki in 2008 and took ownership of the company in 2017. Since then, he has led hundreds of seminars on leadership, team development, and change management. Bernard especially enjoys supporting clients from the initial design of a program through to its rollout—watching the positive impact unfold across the organization.
