MICHÈLE REBER

Michèle grew up in Bern and graduated from the Hotel Management School of Lausanne in 1994. During her studies, she gained experience working in Lugano and Canada. Following her graduation, she began her career in the hotel industry, initially focusing on Food and Beverage/Event Management, and eventually became the Human Resources Manager at Hotel Schweizerhof in Bern. She then spent six months in South America. Later, Michèle worked as a Project Manager for Personal Development and Leadership Seminars at ZFU Business Management School in Zürich. After a break to care for her three children, she served as an HR Manager for Western Switzerland at Compass Group. Michèle studied Coaching at IDC Geneva and later opened her own coaching business in Yverdon. Since 2016, she has also worked for a non-profit organization focused on socio-professional integration, serving as a Job Coach and Consultant in a team specializing in systemic and strategic short-term therapy. In 2021, she completed a CAS in Advanced Coaching and is currently pursuing studies in systemic and strategic short-term therapy at IGB in Lausanne.
