STÉPHANIE RUDER

Stéphanie Ruder holds a Master’s degree in Economics and Business Management (HEC Lausanne, 1987). In Switzerland, she worked in Zurich, Basel, Lausanne and Geneva. Abroad, she lived and worked in Dubai (UAE) and the United States. The discovery of new horizons, both external and internal, as well as his passion for human beings, have woven the common thread of his journey, accomplished mainly in the field of human resources. Over the years, Stéphanie has broadened her skills more specifically in relational aspects such as self-leadership, self-affirmation, interpersonal communication and motivation. In addition to her consulting experience, Stéphanie Ruder is also a certified consultant for MBTI, LEA and Insights psychometric tools. She works in French and English.
