Furthermore, this profile helps foster understanding and acceptance of others — thereby increasing team trust and performance.
Reiss Motivation Profile
While Insights Discovery focuses on how people behave, the Reiss Profile explains why they do. It identifies the key intrinsic motivators driving individual behavior. As a result, teams gain deeper clarity and cohesion through this personalized insight. Additionally, the profile strengthens both individual and collective trust.

The Leadership Circle 360º Feedback
The Leadership Circle Profile™ (LCP) provides a comprehensive snapshot of a leader’s current impact.
