I’ve known Stucki for 20 years, and we recently launched our ABB cultural leadership development program, ” Come to the Edge,” together. The outdoor activities were innovative, yet true metaphors for our corporate values. They will be forever remembered by our top 200 leaders and serve as a compass for the leadership behaviors expected of all of us at ABB. The authentic and human approach to learning, as well as the vast experience of the Stucki coaches, enabled me to fully trust them in the delivery of the program.
