Stefan Schärer

Head of Facility Management

We had the pleasure of spending a very exciting morning with the team from Stucki Leadership and Team Development. Thank you for the very pleasant cooperation! The facility management team at Armasuisse Real Estate engaged in group discussions to share their experiences and challenges related to working remotely from home. Helpful hints were worked out to better address the challenges of digital collaboration and explore ways to maintain an overview of tasks, even in a changed work environment.
